IN-STORE PICK UP


In-Store Pickup – Available only in the following Markets: Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park , Leduc, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan , Nisku

When picking up your order, we ask that you approach the first available associate or cashier with Government-issued photo ID (you may be asked for another piece of ID in accordance with AGLC regulations), your ID must match the information provided for the order.

Changing Pick-up Location

To change locations of pick-up please email the Order Desk at customercare@liquordirect.ca  to arrange pickup at another Liquor Depot/Barn location.  A customer service representative will make the necessary adjustment to your order and you will receive a new order confirmation email; please note that this may change when you can pick up your order. Pick-up orders may be claimed during regular hours of operation. To check your local store hours, please use the Store Locator.

Orders placed on our top selling products (stock that is normally available at your selected store) before 12:00pm local time where the store is located and will be available for pickup by 5:00pm the same day.  If the order is placed after 12:00pm local time, products will be available the next day the store is open, by 5 pm. Orders placed for speciality items (items available for sale but not currently available at your selected store) will be available in 24 hours for pickup during the store’s business hours.

Though we strive to meet the timelines above, for all pickup orders, Liquordirect.ca will send you an email indicating when your order is ready for pickup.  Please wait for this email confirmation before coming to the store to ensure your order is ready.

We will hold products for 14 days before restocking and refunding your order.  At our discretion, a restocking fee may be applied and deducted from your refund.
